Cuisinart’s electric knife is really two knives in one with full size interchangeable bread and carving blades in high grade stainless steel. Knife handle is ergonomically intended to work comfortably when held in the right or left hand. Set comes with a becoming wooden butcher block storage unit with blade lock ins for extra safety.
